- The nail edge grows into the skin at the side of the toe, usually the big toe. It hurts with shoes and can get inflamed.

- The nail edge is freed and cleaned, the nail is given a healthy shape and the area is protected. Followed up the next month.

- What it is
- Thick, yellowish or crumbling nails caused by fungus. It does not go away on its own and spreads to other nails.

PHPeel opened in 2024 in Alto do Seixalinho, first on Rua 1º de Agosto Paivense and now on Rua Bartolomeu Dias. The words on the sign say what it is: health and aesthetics, in that order.
The deep pedicure is led by Leo Vivas. Clients come with ingrown nails, calluses that make them limp or fungus that would not go, and write about the same things afterwards: no pain, every step explained, a plan, and a date for the next visit.
Around it there is a full menu for skin, brows, lashes, hands and body. You are offered a hot drink while you wait, and the room is kept spotless. Leo answers every Google review himself.

Foot hygiene, diagnosis of feet and nails, deep cleaning of cuticles and nail sides, a healthy nail shape, exfoliation, hydration and a massage with reflexology. Calluses, corns, ingrown nails and fungus are treated when needed.
It depends on how many nails are affected and how advanced it is. It is followed visit by visit, usually once a month, from 37 € per visit.
The deep pedicure from 37 €, plus 27 € for each ingrown nail treated.
The price depends on the zone and on the diagnosis on the day. Book a consultation and you get the price before you start.
